Building a new home, an addition or substantially remodeling an existing home is a process that requires considerable planning, organization and careful execution.

 

As builders, we pay close attention to every aspect of the construction process, whether it is a kitchen remodeling project, creating new interior spaces or a brand new home.

 

Building Specialist LLC believes that careful planning and preparation will yield improved results and will make your building project successful.

 

In most cases, we can handle all your needs in-house including scale models of your project. If we determine a licensed architect would better suit your project, we then could provide that service as well, by recommending  an architect.

 

Upon proposal acceptance, Building Specialist LLC will prepare a detailed schedule of all the construction activities to take place during the project – starting with the permitting process and ending with the final Certificate of Occupancy. Our preference is to manage the permitting process for our clients unless otherwise requested. We take pride in our one-on-one communication with our clients.

 

Our involvement does not end with receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy. Our work is guaranteed for 1 year. In most cases, if there is something that has come up, 2 years out, we will take care of it at no charge.
