The Estimate Process

Building Specialist LLC is able to provide construction estimates, utilizing pricing from prior building projects. In most cases, we are able to provide a rough budget estimate for the project based on square feet of construction within 72 hours.

 

Building Specialist can follow-up with a detailed proposal and cost breakdown within 14 days of receiving drawings.

 

All estimates are provided at no obligation, and in fact, for a large project, Building Specialist would encourage our clients to seek at least one additional competitive detailed estimate from a qualified builder.
